Description
The brazed heat exchangers, such as the WW-038, WW-016, and WW-005, each have 4 connections; 2 on the left side and 2 on the right side, also referred to as the hot side or cold side.
On the hot side, the medium that is cooling down is located, such as oil, (tap) water, saltwater, or another medium. On the cold side, the medium absorbs heat from the hot side without coming into contact with each other. Typically, glycol or water is used for this, which is cooled by a chiller or dry cooler.
These brazed heat exchangers are also commonly used in central heating boilers and can be used to heat water for mobile showers.
