The TFV-900 radial fan can be used for high-volume ventilation in the following applications: air supply and exhaust, air remediation, sewage works, tunnel installations, and welding works.

The maximum pressure build-up of this large fan is 2,250 Pa and the maximum air flow rate is 41,000 m³ per hour. The selection point is 27,000 m³ per hour at 1,800 Pa.

This allows the fan to handle multiple air transport hoses over very long distances.

Optionally, the radial fan TFV-900 can be supplied with a frequency converter.

The radial fan TFV-900 is also available in an ATEX variant.

If a power supply is used, such as a generator, it must be suitable for frequency control.

    How does CTM climate monitoring work?

    CTM monitoring works by means of a GPS signal. The monitoring is equipped with a 230V connection. The system consists of wirelessly coupled sensor modules. The data collected by these sensors are sent to a portal and are only visible to you, the customer. In the portal, these sensor modules can also be set up.

    There are various sensors, these sensors are used to measure various quantities and units. These include:

    • Temperature;
    • Relative humidity;
    • Pressure (difference);
    • Carbon dioxide.

    The user-friendly portal of the CTM monitoring system makes monitoring easy. In the portal, measured data are visualised and compared with pre-set limit values.
    When values are exceeded, an alarm that can be received by e-mail or SMS follows. The advantage of the CTM system is that measurement results can be analysed directly online. With one system; spraying and blasting operations, storage areas, cold stores and freezers, ect. are monitored.
    Once the process is complete, all data can be downloaded as a PDF file. If necessary, this can be added to files as evidence.
