Description

The ID 1500 (also known as HTL 250 FB or IMAC 2000) is a movable, indirectly fired diesel heater, equipped with a High Pressure fan with built-in frequency controller.

As a result, the machine can be installed quickly and several air transport hoses can be placed without any problems for powerful heat transport. The 2-stage burner with double thermostat connection ensures that the machine does not consume more energy than strictly necessary.

Thanks to the intercal industrial burner with flow control, the stove in stage 1 delivers up to 160 kW and stage 2 as much as 220 kW of clean warm air with a delta ΔT between 40-70°C. The burner chamber is heat resistant up to 850°C and is a high efficiency heat exchanger (92%). There is a possibility to connect hoses with the 550 mm hose connection. This makes it possible to target heating.

There is also a possibility to connect hoses to the suction side so that we can recirculate.

Please note that there must be sufficient room ventilation during use and when you connect air transport hoses, they must be suitable for use at high temperatures.
