Kast koeler
Door het scheiden van lucht onder hoge druk wordt de schakelkast tegen stof, vocht en hoge temperaturen beschermd. Een onderhoudsvrij alternatief voor koeling zonder schadelijke koelmiddelen.Veel schakelkasten worden geplaatst in een stoffige omgeving. Dit houdt in dat gevoelige elektrische en andere componenten (regelaars, PLC’s, veldbussystemen etc.) bloot worden gesteld aan stof, vocht en overmatige hitte.
De Vortex koelers zijn voorzien van een RVS vortex buis waarin perslucht wordt omgezet in koellucht. Door de elektrische componenten wordt de warmte afgegeven aan de omgeving, ook stof en vocht worden uit de behuizing geweerd. De perslucht verdeelt zich in twee stromen, een koude en een warme stroom. De koude lucht spoelt de warme lucht onder een lichte overdruk uit de schakelkast. De compacte Vortex koelsystemen kunnen eenvoudig in enkele minuten worden gemonteerd.
