Dust filter boxes

Application dust filter box

For cleaning the air during; blasting work, the pneumatic or mechanical filling of silos or bunkers, mixers, conveyor belts, etc. CSrental has compressed air cleaned dust filter boxes in its range. These atmospheric dust filters are a flexible filter system for continuous dust removal in industry or for temporary applications.

Operation of the dust filter boxes

At the air inlet, the dust particles first enter the funnel shape at the bottom of the inlet plenum. This ensures a separation and prevents direct contact with larger dust particles in the filter elements. Under the funnel shape, the dust particles fall into the collection bags, big-bag or possibly onto a conveyor belt for removal. A high-efficiency fan is built into the fan space at the top of the filter.
During the filtration phase, the HEPA filters are regularly cleaned by means of compressed air pulses. With these industrial dust filter boxes, almost any customer need can be met. CSrental realizes the most economical and sustainable solution for both the production industry and temporary applications.

  • Frequently Asked Questions about Dust filter boxes (FAQ)

What are dust filter boxes used for?

Dust filter boxes are used to extract and filter airborne dust during blasting work, silo filling, conveying processes or material handling. They help maintain a safe working environment and improve air quality in industrial and temporary setups.

    Which models does CSrental offer?

CSrental supplies mobile extraction units including the CDC-6 (approx. 6,000 m³/h) and CDC-12 (approx. 12,000 m³/h) for projects with different dust loads. Our specialists can advise which model best suits your application.

How does the filtration process work?

Larger dust particles are separated in the inlet section and collected in bags or a big-bag. Finer dust is captured in HEPA filter elements, which are automatically cleaned using compressed-air pulses. This keeps the extraction capacity stable and maintenance low.

Are dust filter boxes suitable for continuous use?

Yes. They are designed for 24/7 industrial extraction, even with changing dust concentrations, making them suitable for both production environments and temporary projects.
