CSrental’s odor and filter cabinets can be equipped with different filters from G4 to HEPA H13. The fragrance cabinet can be equipped with active carbon filters. Active carbon filters work on the basis of the absorption technique and have an open structure and a relatively large surface area for the gases to adhere to. Activated carbon filters are therefore very suitable for gases that cannot be oxidized, such as hydrocarbons, solvents and organic gases.

In carbon plants, we deal with large pressure differences that can only be achieved with special fans. This is why CSrental has chosen a high-pressure fan that can be easily connected to a 200-litre drum of activated carbon. Quick to install and easy to operate. The frequency-controlled fan means you always have the right flow rate within the available range.
The absorption capacity of the carbon can be improved by treating the activated carbon. Once the carbon is saturated, it can be easily drained and regenerated for reuse. Using a 200-litre drum, changing is done in 15 minutes.
What problem is solved?
Activated carbon removes pollution that cannot be captured by a particle filter. We supply activated carbon that is used for odour and odour control and in the purification of liquids and gases. The available carbon with the corresponding pressure drop can be seen in the table below.
They remove odours, gases and fine dust in industrial or temporary setups, e.g. construction/renovation sites, production areas, storage rooms or remediation projects, improving air quality and safety.
Units can be equipped with G4 prefilters, pleated/bag filters and HEPA H13 for very fine particles. For odour and gas reduction you add activated carbon. Activated carbon works via adsorption: its open, high-surface structure binds hydrocarbons, solvents and organic gases (TVOC) that do not oxidise easily.
Select by required airflow (m³/h) and filter staging:
CFK-30 / CFK-35: compact, up to ~3,500 m³/h — ideal as pre-/partial-flow filtration.
CFK-70 / CFK-70 P: versatile up to ~7,000 m³/h with room for multi-stage filters.
CFK-140 P: high volumes up to ~15,000 m³/h for larger halls or higher loads.
CSrental matches capacity and filter package to your process and emissions.
CKV-5 is an activated-carbon module added in-line for extra gas/odour removal (selection point ~450 m³ at 8,100 Pa). Useful as a polishing stage after dust/HEPA filtration.
Start from room volume, emission sources and required air changes. Consider pressure drop across filter stages (especially HEPA and carbon). CSrental calculates the optimal configuration and selects the right fan.
Yes, systems are designed for continuous duty. Maintenance mainly involves scheduled filter inspections/replacements based on differential pressure or emissions. CSrental supplies filters and can plan replacements.
With stock and modular setups we can often deliver and connect the same day (including ducting/couplings). We commission the unit and document the filter stack. Feel free to contact us for Customised Advice.
